No. Any third party claims managers that work with insurance companies must operate under an Australian Financial Service (AFS) License. These are heavily scrutinised by the government and are not easily obtained.  As we can only undertake works that the insurer approves there is no out of pocket expense for you. 

Insurance companies profit by taking your ongoing payments then paying out as little as possible when you need them most. 

To discourage you from fighting for your claim, insurance companies will low-ball you, keep you on hold for hours on end, pass you from one agent to another, among many other tactics. We know the game and we will hold insurance companies accountable. Their tricks don't work on us and that is how we will always get you the maximum claim you're entitled to.

The excess amount depends on your policy. The good news? TPM Claims will cover your excess!

TPM Claims will cover your excess up to $500. On a discretionary basis, we may agree to cover more depending on your policy!

No problem! Once TPM Claims has delivered on our promise to ensure you are given the settlement that you're entitled to, you may choose to keep the cash settlement. If you opt to keep your cash settlement, you will be liable to pay TPM Claims a small fee for our service.
